The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent this charming 35 m² air-conditioned apartment in Melun which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!
The apartment is composed as follows
- 15 m² living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2), TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, Tassimo coffee machine...
- Bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
The apartment is ideally located in Melun, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Activities :
- Saint-Sauveur priory
- Museum of the sculptor Henri Chapu
- Château de Vaux-Le-Vicomte
- Maison de la Faïence
- Château de Fontainebleau, 20 minutes from the studio, and Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte, cradle of the region, 9 km from the studio.
- Disneyland Paris, 41 km from the studio.
- Paris 60 km away by car.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park close to the studio in the Place Saint-Michel parking lot or the Chamblain parking lot, both of which charge a fee.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Melun SNCF station 2 km away. Direct link to Paris Gare de Lyon, RER D, Ligne R.
- Nearest airport: Paris Orly airport, 45 min by car.

P'tit Bohemia Le logement en lui-même était très bien, de bon goût et confortable. Par contre les communs étaient assez vétustes et l’accès au troisième étage par l’escalier peu facile avec les valises. L’inconvénient est le quartier, qui le soir, n’est pas très sécurisant (nous étions deux filles).

P'tit Bohemia 🙂 L'appartement était cosy, bien aménagé,bien situé,bien équipé,la literie très confortable, l'appartement très calme,Jeff était à l'écoute,les balades en bord de Seine,les restaurations très proches.

P'tit Bohemia "Logement bien situé en centre-ville de Melun, parfaitement agencé et décoré avec goût. Literie confortable.
Logement récemment mis en location, nécessitant quelques petits ajustements pris en compte par l’agence (rideaux, étendoir, condiments de base …).
Nous recommandons ce logement et reviendrons très volontiers!"
