In Zoutelande you can rent this cosy, detached holiday house for 6 persons, situated at only 50 mtr from the city centre, near the dune crossing towards the beach. Beach, shops, terraces are within reach. You will definitely enjoy a wonderful holiday! The surrounding area offers all kinds of possibilities such as beach recreation, water sport and cycling. On the sea side you will find the promenade of Zoutelande, which leads to a footpath over the dunes, along Groot-Valkenisse and Dishoek to Vlissingen. This walk with view of Walcheren, the sea, the many ships is a wonderful experience. Behind this promenade you will find a shopping street with nice shops and cosy terraces. Rent this nice holiday house in Zoutelande and enjoy a lovely holiday! The holiday home has a spacious living room with a cosy seating area, dining area and television. The kitchen is very well equipped, including a four-burner cooker, oven, filter coffee maker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, orange squeezer and kettle. Here you will also find a second dining area. There is a separate toilet. The first bedroom is on the ground floor, it is equipped with two lovely single box-spring beds. On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms with two single beds. These are fixed beds, which cannot be moved, among other cosy box-spring beds. All beds come with a pillow and a single duvet. The bathroom has a bath/shower, washbasin. There is also central heating, a washing machine, free internet, high chair and cot. Outside you have a lovely conservatory and a sunny terrace with garden furniture, it is fully fenced. With your stay you will receive a free parking permit for one car, so you can park in front of the door or in the village for free. Particularities

The famous beach of the pleasant town of Zoutelande is located in the south of Walcheren and is also the only beach in the Netherlands facing south. Bad was fijn, locatie top,genoeg ruimte.

Kapittel eetkamerstoelen, loshangende klinken,sloten gerepareerd anders ging de deur niet dicht. Wat onderhoud nodig.

Das Inventar der Küche war nicht sauber. Pfannen wurden von uns schon 2025 beanstandet und insgesamt war das Haus nicht ordentlich sauber gemacht.(Spinnweben und dicker Staub überall!) Schade, denn die Lage und alles drum und dran hat uns sehr gut gefallen!!!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Eine Sache hat uns gestört. In den Schlafzimmern im Obergeschoss wurde man Nachts durch häufiges, starkes knacken der Heizungsrohre gestört. Circa alle 20 Minuten ertönte ein lautes knacken in der Holzdecke und den Heizungsrohren.
