We offer you this charming 100 m² house in Régusse, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features an attractive 35m² living room (with fireplace), an open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 5,000m² garden. Wifi, linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
First floor
- 35m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area, fireplace (wood not supplied)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, filter coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, 4 hotplates...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: bunk bed
- Bedroom 3: on the mezzanine, you'll find two single beds with a connecting room to a double bed (140x190).
- Shower room
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: Plancha, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A large 5,000 m² garden of olive and oak trees filled with wild thyme, with a 70 m² south-facing terrace, and furniture to enjoy the fine weather. Direct access to the forest and views over the surrounding fields.
The house is ideally located in Régusse, in a very quiet environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby.
Activities :
- In Régusse itself, a charming village center and lovely mills to visit. A very active village in summer, with a twice-daily market, guided tours, open-air cinema and a municipal swimming pool. A pétanque court, 3 tennis courts, a soccer pitch, a skate park, a play area and an open-air fitness area.
- In Aups, the nearest village, you'll find, in addition to a charming Provencal village to visit, the truffle house, a local olive oil mill, a large market twice a week and plenty of good restaurants.
- Many Provencal villages to visit in the region (Villecroze, Tourtour, Cotignac, Aiguines).
- Several lakes within a 20-30 minute drive (Saitne-Croix, Quinson).
- A very sporty region with hiking and mountain-biking trails for all levels, climbing spots, canyoning, water trekking, kayaking & pedal-boating.
Transportation:
It's essential to have a car in the region. You can park directly in the house's private (sloping) parking lot, free of charge. 4 spaces are available.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Les Arcs-Draguignan railway station is about 55 minutes away by car (48km), and Hyères about 1h25 away by car (102km).
- Nearest airport is Toulon-Hyères, about 1h30 away by car (105km).
Other remarks :
- The stairs to the mezzanine are steep.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.

- The fireplace is functional, but wood is not supplied (only the 1st fire).
