Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming air-conditioned house with mountain views and private pool in Aups is 175 m² and which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a 40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an independent studio and a garden of around 2,500 m².
The accommodation is as follows:
In the main house on the ground floor
- A 40 m² living room with sofa, TV and direct access to the terrace
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, Thermomix, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: master suite with queen-size bed (160×200) and shower room

First floor
- Bedroom 2: one double bed
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
35 m² studio apartment near the swimming pool
- Living room with dining area and kitchenette: gas hob, small fridge, extractor hood and sink, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle...
- Living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2), TV
- Mezzanine with extra bed (access by ladder)
- Shower room with WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

- A private, unheated swimming pool, accessible by stairs from the house, available from mid-April to mid-October! Alarm, the pool area is enclosed from the main house, a bubble cover to maintain a good temperature in sunny weather, 8x4 flat-bottomed pool 1m60 deep.
- A lovely 2,500 m² garden
- A 260 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. Three spaces available, tarmac access to the house. Vehicle recommended for getting around.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Draguignan station 30 km away.
- Nearest airport: Marseille Provence airport 117 km away (1h32 by car)
- Access to the village of Aups 15 min walk from the villa
