In Courseulles-sur-Mer, less than a kilometre from the beach, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this 56 m² flat which can accommodate up to 5 people. Located on the 6th floor (with lift), it comprises a 28 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor
- A 28 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A shower room with shower and washing machine
- Separate WC
First floor
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200), integrated shower room with WC
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190) and single bed (90x190)
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- An 8mx1m west-facing balcony with harbour views.
Nearby amenities:
- Marina at the foot of the building
- Bakery and newsagent at the foot of the building (1 minute walk)
- Sailing school 650m away (7 minutes on foot)
- Juno Beach Centre 450 m away (5 minutes on foot)
- JOA Casino in St Aubin 6.8 km away (12 minutes by car)
- Caen 19.7 km away (27 minutes by car)
What to do :
During your Normandy getaway, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a large number of activities within walking distance of the flat: walks or bike rides along the coast, at the marina, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, cinema, Casino, Visit to the Juno Beach museum....
On Tuesdays and Fridays very nice market in the centre of Courseulles.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the free public car park at the bottom of the building.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus near the residence
- Caen station 25.3 km away (31 minutes by car) and Bretteville - Norrey station 20.1 km away (24 minutes by car)
- Caen-Carpiquet airport 22 km away (31 minutes by car)
