Sunlight envelops the living and dining space, creating a bright yet cozy atmosphere throughout the day. ️ Comfortable Sleeping for Up to 4 Guests The master bedroom features a double bed, ample storage, and French windows that open onto the balcony. The living room offers a double sofa-bed for two additional guests. Everything is prepared for your arrival, so you can simply settle in and feel at home. ️ Fully Equipped Kitchen with Extras Cook like a Parisian with a full range of appliances: fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, stovetop, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, and washer/dryer combo (detergent included). To make your stay effortless, we stock the kitchen with essentials—olive oil, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, and more—as well as cleaning basics like sponges, dishwasher tablets, and paper towels. Stylish & Renovated Bathroom A practical bathroom with everything you need, including a rainfall shower, heated towel rack, and functional vanity.

The windows are all double-glazed glass and do a great job of blocking out the noise, however noise can still be heard inside the apartment (the noise is muffled, but we just like our future guests to know that the apartment is not silent). If you are easily bothered by noise or a light sleeper, this apartment may not be the best choice for you. This is about as central as you can get in Paris.
You can walk to so many places but also have a number of metro and RER lines available: Metro: Etienne Marcel (Line 4), Rambuteau (Line 11), Chatelet (Line 1,4,7,11,14) RER: Chatelet-Les Halles (RER A,B (Train to Airport),D)

We liked the old school vibe of the place. Our host, Nadia M, was the best we had in our 10 week stay. She was excellent and made our stay even better. The location was perfect and convenient and we walked everywhere. Storage for clothing and in the bathroom were the only challenge.

We really enjoyed this beautiful apartment in the heart of the city. The windows that opened onto the boulevard were wonderful and the place was the perfect size for us. The bathroom was a little tight, but not surprising for a Paris apartment. We loved our stay.

Great place in a central location. We never took the tube anywhere, walked always. Unit has all the amenities and host was very responsive with communication.
