In Saint-Ouen, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent offer this charming 100 m² apartment with a large terrace for rental, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the first floor overlooking the garden, it comprises a pretty 36 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath). - A spacious 36 m² living room (3m20 ceiling height) with sofa, TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime
- A dining area to enjoy a meal together
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: A master suite with queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity unit and towel rail.

All rooms open onto the terrace.

Close to the Olympic Village and the Stade de France. Located in the heart of the Saint-Ouen eco-neighborhood, you'll benefit from all the essential shops nearby (4 supermarkets between 1 and 10 minutes' walk), the largest food court in Ile de France within 8 minutes' walk, organic markets, butchers, cheesemongers, and the Puces de Saint Ouen within 15 minutes' walk.
