Agence Cocoon offers this 40 m² air-conditioned flat in Cabris with mountain views, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room.
At the heart of the enclosed garden with trees is the shared swimming pool.
Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - 25 m² living room with sofa bed (160x200), TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, iron and ironing board. Outside: - A swimming pool shared with the owners, open from June to September inclusive.
It is accessible and private from 9am to 11am and from 2.30pm to 4pm. Maximum depth 2 metres, alarm.
Outdoor shower. - A 20m² terrace with furniture on a reserved part of the 40m² garden to enjoy the fine weather. The flat is ideally located in Cabris, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Beaches and water sports in Cannes, Mandelieu-La-Napoule, Juan-Les-Pins... - Golf du Claux Amic (18 holes) in Cabris - Medium and high mountain hiking (Parc naturel régional des Préalpes d'Azur, Parc du Mercantour), - Walks around the Siagne, - Canyoning in the Gorges du Loup, - Iles de LÉRIN, Île Sainte Marguerite. - Grasse: world capital of perfume, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, home to the Fragonard perfume factory - The History Factory Grasse and the international perfume museum, Jardin de la villa noailles - Villages: Gourdon, Tourrette-sur-Loup, Bar-sur-loup, Saint Paul de Vence, Fayence, Seillans, Tanneron, Montauroux, Mougins, Biot (glassworks) - Towns: Fréjus (beaches, Roman remains and cathedral cloister listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site), Mandelieu-La-Napoule (château and Siagne), Antibes (Viel Antibes and Fort Carré Vauban), Vallauris (potters' town and Picasso museum) - St Cézaire caves and Baume Obscure caves in St Vallier-de-Thiey - For children: Le village des fous and le parc des lutins in Villeneuve-Loubet - Marineland, aquasplash and amusement park in Antibes, Parc Alpha Loup de Boréon, Visiobulle (seabed observation) in Juan-les-Pins, Parc Phoenix in Nice, Parc aventure St Césaire, accrobranche course in Gréolières and Réserve des Monts d'Azur in Andon (bisons, horses), geocatching along the Siagne canal. Nous avons été accueillis par Christine, la propriétaire du lieu qui nous a expliquer le fonctionnement du logement. Ce logement est très bien equipé, très propre et très confortable avec l'accès à une belle piscine. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous recommandons.

La disponibilità di Christine che ci ha suggerito anche dei posti da visitare e dove mangiare.Siamo una famiglia che viaggia molto e francamente è la prima struttura che troviamo completa in tutto.E' come essere a casa tua.Grazie
La gestione della piscina , forse il tempo di utilizzo è un poco ristretto.

Nous avons apprécié que les propriétaires habitent sur place ainsi que l'accueil, la bienveillance, la gentillesse et les conseils concernant les lieux à visiter, les parkings à Cannes et les horaires à éviter pour ne pas être dans les bouchons.
Nous avons manqué de papiers toilettes.
Nous avons contacté la propriétaire qui nous les a ramené rapidement.
