Cocoonr Agency is pleased to offer this 30 m² sea-view flat in Bénodet, a ‘5-star’ seaside resort in southern Brittany, featuring a balcony and a swimming pool in a very pleasant setting.
Situated 50 metres from the beach, it can accommodate up to 3 guests and is on the 1st floor (no lift). It comprises a living area, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a balcony where you can enjoy sunny days.
You’ll have access to all amenities without needing to use your car during your stay, if you choose not to. For a holiday spent exploring on foot or by bike, in a pleasant and quiet residence with ocean views and free Wi-Fi, we look forward to welcoming you! The flat is laid out as follows: - Living area of approximately 17 m² with a TV, a sofa bed (160x200cm) and a dining area (extendable table) - An open-plan, fully equipped kitchenette (coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Cookeo, etc.) - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190), - A shower room (renovated in 2026) - Separate toilet Outside the “Cap Glénan” residence: - A shared, heated swimming pool of approximately 36 m², uncovered and open from April to September - A 6 m² south-west facing balcony with furniture to enjoy the beautiful views of the sea, garden and swimming pool - Local concierge service - Bicycle parking - Private parking space - Gated residence with a main gate and two side gates The flat is ideally situated in Bénodet, in the heart of Cornouaille and the Breton Riviera.
Situated at the mouth of the River Odet – described as ‘the prettiest river in France’ – and facing the famous Glénan Islands, Bénodet stands out both for the beauty of its coastline, which is part of the GR34 walking route, and for the diversity of its landscapes.
It offers a wide range of activities, leisure pursuits, relaxation and entertainment. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Activities: - Water sports (water sports centre 50 metres away) - Seaside museum - Thalassotherapy - Cinema - Casino - Large supervised beach 50 metres away - Market nearby every Monday - Summer entertainment Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence’s private car park, which has a dedicated parking space. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Quimper, approximately 17 km away - Nearest airports: Lorient or Brest, approximately 1 hour’s drive away Other notes: - Wi-Fi included; steam garment steamer available - Pets are welcome for an additional charge of €15 per stay. - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local concierge service on site). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning is to be carried out by you (or arranged at an additional cost through our on-site service provider). - Children swimming in the residence’s swimming pool must be supervised by a parent.
Opening dates from April to September (not binding and subject to weather conditions). - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply. To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service, who will be on hand to welcome you during the times indicated.

This apartment is so modern clean and perfectly equipped and it has an amazing view over the beach of Bénodet, that I fell in love with it! The host was also very friendly and he was present during the check-in process so that was definitely professional!
