A pretty little stone house with a private infinity pool and fantastic 180 degree sea views directly above the town of Torre Vado on the southern tip of Puglia.
A quite unique addition to our collection - we discovered this house at the beginning of 2024 - and a special recommendation for couples or singles looking for a unique place! Enjoy relaxed meals on the panoramic terrace, stunning sunsets over the Ionian Sea, relaxing moments in the pool (an absolute highlight, you can even see the view while swimming in the pool!) and in the Mediterranean garden that surrounds the house.
Take the opportunity now! The location is very convenient and well connected: the house is located on the hillside directly above the town of Torre Vado, known for its small harbour with the ancient tower.
The next restaurant is 150 m away, the next grocery store is approx. 200 m away.
It's also just a few minutes' walk to the sea. The first sandy beaches of Pescoluse are approx. 1.3 km away. The house was completely renovated a few years ago, but the original architecture was largely retained.
It consists of a small kitchen (including gas stove and oven), a bedroom and a shower room.
In the bedroom there is a double bed which can be separated into two singles if needed. The house is air-conditioned (cold and warm) and can therefore be used all year round. The outdoor area is equipped with garden furniture (table, chairs, deck chairs, etc.). There is a double grill (so that meat or fish and vegetarian dishes don't have to be mixed!) and there is a private parking space available. 🛏️ Sheets, duvets and towels are not included.
If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person. 🧽 Final cleaning is not included and costs €100, unless you clean yourselves before departure. 🐶 Pets are NOT allowed in this property. 💰 We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €600 before arrival.
The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage. ⚡ Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption.
