Little sense of time, chilling in or around the bus after a long day, a campfire, lovely beds and spending the night in special places.
How nice is that? In this outdoor hostel bus it is possible.
It really couldn't be more unique! This bus is 48 years old and used to serve as a regular bus in England.
It has now been transformed into group accommodation.
The bus is 4m high, 9m long and 2.5m wide and has two floors.
With her 40m2, she is larger than an average student room.Unique group accommodation at a location of your choice 🚌 Upstairs is the dormitory, with 3 bunk beds and 3 single beds (9 beds in total).
Two of the beds are located in the rear area, which is separated from the rest of the dormitory.
All beds have a night light, locker and a curtain for some privacy.
In addition, there is a seating area in the front of the bus, from where you have the most beautiful 360 view! On the (heated) ground floor you will find a kitchen, large dining/sitting area with plenty of storage space for all your groceries.
The kitchen is fully equipped with two refrigerators, a gas stove, sink, oven, coffee maker and kettle.
In addition, there are plenty of pots & pans, plates, cups, cutlery, spices, coffee, tea and oil so you can start cooking right away.
There is also a fully equipped games cabinet and a table with enough chairs to sit outside in the evening.
You can use the sanitary facilities of the campsite.Staying at the campsite 🤩 We are at the beautiful campsite Stochemhoeve in Leiden until April, after which we are at the Hoeve Dijkzicht campsite (also near Leiden).
In June/July we will be at the Strandwal campsite near Noordwijkerhout, 1KM from the beach! As this is an accommodation on wheels, the bus can also be parked at any campsite at an additional cost! In the forest, by the sea or close to the city.
We now know a lot of nice campsites in the Netherlands and we are happy to think along with you for the most suitable campsite for your stay.
Do you have any suggestions of your own? Then they are of course more than welcome.
Depending on the location, a surcharge of €1.95 per kilometer is charged and €125 start-up costs for driving.
Camping costs of an average of €17.50 per person per night, are added depending on the number of guests.
This can vary per campsite.
