Winterberg is 15 km as the crow flies.

The area is wooded, mountainous up to 850 m altitude with many streams and lakes.

Ski slope in the immediate vicinity (1km) and several 10 to 15 minutes away by car.

From mid-December to the end of March, the mercury quickly drops below zero and winter sports can be practiced in abundance.

Hiking and Nordic walking can be done directly from the group accommodation.

The famous Rothaarsteig route is also nearby.

Cycling along the Lenne river is also recommended.

The cycle path runs past the property.

The municipal spring swimming pool (within walking distance) is open from June to September.

Swimming in the indoor Sauerland Bad in Bad Fredeburg, the 18-hole golf course in Sellinghausen also offers week and weekend golf courses for beginners and advanced skiers.
