THE SPACE


Spread over three floors, Sandhaven Rooms has eight bedrooms. Situated on the ground floor, Room 01 faces the back of the property and is a comfortably sized double bedroom with the added advantage of an ensuite shower room (without a toilet). There is an communal toilet on each floor as well as additional communal shower rooms in the property.

Sandhaven Rooms is in a great spot - within easy walking distance to the plethora of restaurants, pubs and take-away establishments South Shields has to offer as well as local beaches, transport links, shopping centre and leisure facilities.


GETTING AROUND


25 minutes on the Metro will bring you to Newcastle City Centre and 15 minutes to central Sunderland. 10 minutes by car and you are in the Tyne Tunnel which is the gateway to Northumberland and Scotland. Direct access to the A194 (M) South and A19 South is less than 5 miles away.
