The Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers this charming 82 m² flat for rent in Barneville-Carteret.
It has an uninterrupted view of Carteret harbour and can accommodate up to 4 people.
Take advantage of the harbour-side terrace to admire the sunsets.
Located on the 4th floor (with lift), it comprises a 41 m² living room, fitted kitchen, bedroom and bathroom (with shower and bath). Wifi, sheets and towels included.

The accommodation comprises - A 41 m² living room with sofa bed (2 people), reclining armchairs - A dining area for enjoying a good meal together - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. - One bedroom with two single beds (90×200) that can be joined together to form a king-size bed, balcony, 3-drawer chest of drawers, TV - Bathroom with shower and bath, WC, balcony - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron, cot with mattress. Outside: - A terrace of around 5 m² with garden furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The flat is ideally located in the middle of Carteret's shopping street.
On the harbour side, with no nuisance from the street.
A 10-minute walk from the beach.
You can walk to the market on Thursday mornings, sailing school, beach, bar, restaurants, food trucks, tennis, pétanque, boating... and by car to everything Normandy has to offer! Events nearby : - Every long weekend in May - Fête de la mer: 14 July and 15 August - Fireworks on 14 July are fired from the dune on the other side of the channel in front of the flat. If you choose to come by car, here are the possibilities: - You can park directly in the flat's private garage. - There are three free public car parks nearby, in front of the post office, in front of the sailing school, and on the Place du Manège (all within a 2-minute walk). - Parking is also available in the street opposite the building, but only with a parking disc. - There is a bus service from Valognes station, 30km away. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Valognes railway station, approximately 29 minutes by car - Caen-Carpiquet airport is about 1? hours' drive away and Cherbourg-Manche airport is about 50 minutes' drive away. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Free WiFi available (fibre optic). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

This is a lovely apartment with a fantastic view. The property was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. We spent lots of time relaxing on the balcony watching the boats go by with the odd trip to the very convenient shops for bread and ice-creams. Communications with the property manager were easy via text message

L'Abri du Repos L’appartement est tout simplement parfait. La vue sur le port et la mer est très très sympas! En plein cœur du centre ville, avec les fenêtres fermées on dort sur nos deux oreilles. Nous avons passé un séjour bien agréable et on recommande vivement!
