Located at Mågedalen 12 in Houvig, you'll find a spacious, beautiful and highly energy-efficient holiday home with pool table, perfectly positioned on an undulating dune plot.
The holiday home is well-maintained, was renovated in 2023, and contains everything needed for a first-class holiday.
The beautiful North Sea with its endless beaches is just 400 metres from the holiday home. For those with electric vehicles, the holiday home provides a charging point.

The holiday home features modern furnishings, with three bedrooms in the main house and an additional bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet in the annexe.
There's also a spacious loft with two comfortable sleeping spaces, perfect for older children who'll enjoy having their own private area. Everything is bright and welcoming, with the living room at the heart of the holiday home, opening onto the kitchen and dining area.
The kitchen features a large fridge, providing ample space for bigger shopping trips.
The main house bathroom has been fitted with a double shower. Solar heating provides free warmth, complemented by two air-to-air heat pumps and one air-to-water heat pump, offering multiple options for energy savings.
A chest freezer is available in the cellar for frozen goods storage. You needn't worry about cold feet in this holiday home, as underfloor heating is installed throughout most of the holiday home - except in the bedrooms. There are two bathrooms in total, one equipped with a sauna.
The holiday home also features an excellent games room with television and pool table, while downstairs you'll find a table football, washing machine, tumble dryer and plenty of storage space.

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen und entspannen, das aber auch Möglichkeiten bietet (Billiard, Tischtennisch, Sauna), sich auch bei schlechtem Wetter zu beschäftigen. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, Betten und Bad sind sauber und funktional. Das Haus liegt inmitten der Dünen und ist dadurch geschützt vor starkem Wind und man kann auch im Frühling daher schon draußen sitzen.

Das Haus ist toll geschnitten und daher sehr sehr gemütlich. Positiv bewerten möchte ich auch die großen Schlafzimmer, dorthin kann man sich entspannt zurückziehen, wenn man mit vielen Personen anreist. Das Haus von keinem der Nachbarn einsehbar und der Weg zum Strand ist optimal (auch mit einem Kleinkind).
