This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex apartment is set within beautifully maintained tropical gardens and offers a comfortable and relaxing base for a family holiday on the Costa del Sol.
The apartment is arranged over two levels, with one bedroom on the entrance level and two bedrooms upstairs.
Bright and welcoming, the apartment has a rustic Spanish feel and provides a relaxed atmosphere throughout.
The spacious terrace is a real highlight, offering lovely sea views and plenty of space to sit back, relax and enjoy the sunshine. The apartment benefits from air conditioning and heating throughout, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi, helping to ensure a comfortable stay whatever the season. The location is particularly convenient for families.
A pleasant walk through a nearby local park with a children's play area leads to the local shops, bars and restaurants. The communal swimming pool is open all year round, surrounded by attractive tropical gardens. Non-smoking property A lovely choice for families looking for a comfortable holiday apartment with sea views, outdoor space and convenient access to local amenities. Please note: Interior and terrace square meter measurements are approximate estimates. ************************************************************************************************* There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata.
A housekeeping surcharge will apply to all bookings. Additional person supplement - 75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels). Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure.
An outside key box is used when our office is closed.
Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
