Beautiful 2-bedroom duplex apartment with sea & pool views
This beautifully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex apartment is an ideal choice for couples, families or friends looking for a comfortable Costa del Sol getaway.
The duplex is arranged over two levels, with one bedroom on the entrance level and the second bedroom upstairs.
Both bedrooms feature a comfortable double bed and ample wardrobe space. The apartment has been tastefully furnished throughout and features a modern kitchen and contemporary bathrooms, creating a stylish and welcoming home-from-home. One of the highlights of the property is the large south-facing terrace, offering lovely views over the swimming pool and towards the sea. Fully furnished with comfortable outdoor seating and dining furniture, the terrace is perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sunshine, relaxing with a drink or dining al fresco using the BBQ. The upstairs bedroom also benefits from two private balconies – one south-facing and the other north-east facing – providing additional outdoor space and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the sunshine at different times of the day. The beautifully maintained complex features a free-form swimming pool, creating an attractive centrepiece for the community.
The swimming pool is open all year round, making the property suitable for holidays in every season. A pleasant walk through the nearby local park takes you to a selection of shops, bars and restaurants, as well as the beach and the spectacular coastal boardwalk, ideal for walking, jogging or simply enjoying the Mediterranean scenery. The apartment includes: 2 bedrooms, both with double beds 2 bathrooms Modern fully equipped kitchen Large south-facing terrace with sea and pool views BBQ and outdoor dining furniture Two additional balconies off the upstairs bedroom Air conditioning and heating throughout Complimentary Wi-Fi Apple TV Communal swimming pool open all year round This is a strictly non-smoking property. Please note that the stated interior and terrace square metre measurements are approximate. ************************************************************************************************* There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. Extra Person Supplement is €75 per person per week (includes the provision of a single person airbed, bed linen and towels). A cleaning charge is applicable at the time of booking. Keys must be collected from our office and returned on the morning of departure.
An outside key box is used when our office is closed.
Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written instructions and key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
