The house is situated in an unspoilt, sunny location with a clear view of the Signinagruppe with Piz Riein and Piz Fess. The living / dining room (34sqm) is bright and spacious and has a cozy seating area with fireplace and large windows. The two bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds. The well equipped kitchen has ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer,Nespresso machine etc. The apartment has 2 wet rooms: bathroom with toilet and separate shower room with toilet. A laundry room with tumble dryer can be used. The apartment includes a lockable garage and an additional parking space.Pets are not allowed. Non smoking.
