The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Algajola, less than a kilometer from the beach, this charming 90 m² air-conditioned apartment with sea view which can accommodate up to 6 guests. Located on the first floor, it features a lovely 30 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a 170 m² garden and a 70 m² terrace. We're waiting for you!
The apartment is composed as follows
Day area :
- A 30 m² living room with TV, Wifi (fiber optics), sofa and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with, among other things: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
Sleeping area
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 3: two single beds.
- Bathroom with bath and WC.
- Bathroom with shower.
- Separate WC.
Exterior:
- A north-facing terrace of approx. 70 m², with sea views, furnished to make the most of fine weather. Three areas, one with a sitting area, one with a dining area and one with deckchairs.
- A private, unfenced garden to the side, adjoining the terrace.
For added convenience: barbecue, highchair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is ideally located in Algajola, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
The Isle of Beauty abounds in both natural and cultural activities, and during your stay in Algajola you'll have the chance to take advantage of the town's sunshine to visit its various beaches and enjoy some quiet time, or try your hand at the many water sports: paddle, jetski, boat trips... If you're keen to discover new things, explore the surrounding area and discover its wonders: the ruins of Occi and the Agriates Desert are just waiting to be explored! For the more adventurous, quad bikes, 4x4 rides and hikes will seduce you.
Transportation:
- You can park directly in the apartment's private numbered parking spaces (n°1) for all types of vehicle.
- Nearest train station: Algajola, about a 3-minute walk away.
- Nearest airport: Calvi, about 15 minutes by car.
- Nearest port: Ile Rousse, about 15 minutes by car.
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use. Please clean the barbecue after use, clean and tidy the dishes and empty the garbage cans on departure.
- Free WiFi available (fiber optics).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
