Our new vacation apartment Almrausch , for 1 up to 4 persons, with a total area of about 47 sqm is located on the 1st floor, and offers a fantastic view of the Ramsau mountains. The apartment is divided into a large living-dining area with kitchen, separate bedroom with double bed, bathroom with hairdryer, vanity mirror and towel dryer, and hallway. The fully equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and oven with 4 ceramic hobs. In the living area there is a cozy dining area, a (bedroom) couch and a large flat screen TV. In the complete apartment you have free WLAN reception, and underfloor heating.

The mentioned prices are plus visitor's tax of 3,10 Euro for adults, 1,55 Euro for children/youth from the age of 7 to the age of 16 and 0,00 Euro for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay (subject to change).

Arrival Description
Freeway A8 Munich- Salzburg until exit Siegsdorf/Traunstein, continue on the B306 direction Berchtesgaden, via Inzell, Weißbach until Unterjettenberg, from there on the B305 via Gasthaus Wachterl approx. 3km direction Ramsau, on the right side is the Uhlenlehen.

Our new apartment "Almrausch", for 1 to 4 people, with a total area of approx. 47 square meters is located on the 1st floor, and offers a fantastic view of the Ramsau mountains. The apartment is divided into a large living-dining area with kitchen, separate bedroom with double bed, bathroom with hairdryer, cosmetic mirror and towel dryer, and hallway. The fully equipped kitchen has a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and oven with 4 ceramic hobs.
In the living area there is a cozy dining area, a (sofa) bed and a large flat-screen TV. In the entire apartment you have free WLAN reception and underfloor heating. The entire building is a non-smoking house. Smokers are of course welcome to enjoy their cigarettes on the south and south-east-facing balconies belonging to the apartment. Balcony furniture is available.
If you are more than one person (max. 6), or if you prefer an additional bedroom, it is possible to book one (subject to availability). This room is approx. 26 square meters in size, has a double bed, bathroom and south-facing balcony. Balcony furniture available.
