Cozy apartment of 45 sqm, can accommodate up to 3 people, located on the first floor of a building with elevator (NOT suitable for disabled people).
The property is in a strategic position, just 4 km from the heart of Udine, well served by public transport and at the entrance to the ring road to reach the motorway link towards Trieste-Venice and Tarvisio- Austria.
The City of Udine Polyclinic is just a 3-minute drive away.
The interior space is organized as follows:
- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (stove with gas cylinder, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and kitchen utensils), sofa bed (140x170 cm), dining table, TV and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, washbasin, bidet and WC;
- BALCONY.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating with valves, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a step at the entrance of the building.

The condominium rules provide for the following hours of silence: from 12 AM to 3.30 PM; from 8 PM to 8 AM.

The apartment is located in Pasian Di Prato, Santa Caterina area, in a strategic position, just 4 km from the heart of Udine, well served by public transport and at the entrance to the ring road to reach the motorway link towards Trieste-Venice and Tarvisio- Austria.
All the main services are located near the apartment, including a nursing home.
From here it is possible to easily reach the Air Force Base of Rivolto (18 km), Codroipo and Villa Manin (20 km), San Daniele (25 km), Buttrio Collio Friulano (20 km), Cividale del Friuli (25 km), Palmanova (25 km), Pordenone (50 km), as well as all the tourist resorts in the north, center and south of Friuli Venezia Giulia thanks to the ring road that makes traveling by car smooth and fast.
The City of Udine Polyclinic is just a 3-minute drive away.

- Al Viandante (restaurant): 3 minutes by car;
- Lidl (supermarket): 4 minutes by car.
- From Venice Airport, the most convenient way od reaching the apartment is by taxi / car (116km - 1 hour and 10 minutes).
- From Friuli Venezia Giulia - Ronchi Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the regional train from Trieste Airport station (just over 10 minutes on foot from the airport) to Udine station, from which is is possible to continue by bus n. 4, 3PO, 4BA, 370 and 371 to the stop of "PASIAN DI PRATO Santa Caterina 35", a minute walk from the apartment.
- From Udine Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by bus n. 4 from "UDINE viale Europa Unita 54 (station side)" stop to "PASIAN DI PRATO via Santa Caterina 35" stop, a 1-minute walk from the apartment.
- If you are traveling by car, the apartment is 4km from Udine.
It is possible to find a private garage available to guests or you can park for free (NOT guaranteed) in side streets or with a parking disc outside the building. PLEASE NOTE Waste sorting and disposal are MANDATORY and are the responsibility of guests.
Any failure to comply may result in additional charges at check-out. WARNING: - If waste is not correctly sorted and disposed of at the designated times and locations, in accordance with the instructions provided at check-in, a penalty of €50.00 will be charged. Exactly like the photos, very warm in winter, the kitchen had everithing you need for coocking (pans, pots, a moka, other general kitchen utensils), a confortable bed and a functional bathroom.
