Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 220 m² air-conditioned house with mountain views in La Bresse which can accommodate up to 15 guests. It comprises an attractive living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, seven bedrooms, two bathrooms (with baths) and a garden of around 800 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises two flats:
Flat 1
Ground floor:
- 20 m² air-conditioned living room with sofa, TV and fireplace
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A bathroom
- Separate WC
- Bedroom 1&2: double bed (140x190)
On the 1st floor :
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200) with a cot
- Bedroom 4: two single beds
Flat 2
- 25 m² living room with sofa and TV
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 5&6: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a cot (in one bedroom only)
- Bedroom 7: three single beds
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside
- A beautiful 800 m² garden, not enclosed and entirely private
- A 30 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather.
The house is ideally located in La Bresse, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
Activities
La Bresse, in the Hautes Vosges, is a summer and winter sports resort. The village has been awarded the "Famille Plus Montagne" label. In summer and winter alike, the Vosges offers a multitude of activities and leisure pursuits:
In summer
- Over 250 km of waymarked footpaths and 200 km of mountain bike trails, Lac des Corbeaux, Lispach, pike, carp, perch and trout fishing...
- Adventure park, paragliding, bungee jumping, summer sledging, trial...
- Visits: confectionery, clog-making, Gérardmer, Alsace villages and vineyards (Colmar about 1 hour away)
Winter activities
- Downhill skiing: 3 ski areas, including La Bresse-Hohneck (10 minutes' drive from the flat), the largest ski area in the Vosges.
- Two other small family resorts: Lispach (6 runs) and Brabant (3 runs)
- Cross-country skiing: Lispach Nordic ski area: 50 km of runs for all levels, 40 km of snowshoe trails, international biathlon stadium, floodlit track, toboggan runs, ice rink, etc.
Transport
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Winter shuttle service to the ski slopes
- Nearest train station: Remiremont station, about 30 minutes' drive away
- Nearest airport: Metz Nancy Lorraine airport, around 2 hours away by car
A car is required to fully enjoy the region.

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- Free WiFi available (fibre optics)
- The fireplace is operational, and the first flare of wood is free.
- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.
- The accommodation is divided into two parts, each with its own entrance door. To access either part, you need to leave the house.
