This charming 65 sq m ground floor apartment features traditional stone vaulted architecture, newly and tastefully furnished, and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
The accommodation is exceptionally located: right in the historic center of Monopoli, just a 5-minute walk from Cala Porta Vecchia and the sea, on a quiet street yet within walking distance of the city's nightlife and all points of interest.
The train station, with connections to Bari and Polignano, is just a 15-minute walk away. The interior space is organized as follows: - KITCHEN equipped with an induction stovetop, dining table, 32" smart TV with Amazon Prime, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, traditional oven, wine glasses, and kitchen utensils; - BEDROOM I with a double bed, chest of drawers, clothes rack, and split AC; - BEDROOM II (1 step to access) with two single bunk beds, an open-plan wardrobe, and split AC; - BATHROOM with sink, toilet, bidet, and shower. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: UNLIMITED WIFI with Wind3 fiber, heating, split air conditioning, a children's travel cot, drying rack, iron and ironing board and hairdryer. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee). PLEASE NOTE: - Ground floor apartment with a step to access; - Step to access Bedroom II; - The Monopoli's historic center is located within a limited traffic zone, meaning the property can only be reached by car during certain hours of the day, and parking is limited.
From June to September, the historic center can be reached using the three Park & Ride zones for a fee of €1, or by taking the bus from the station to the center. N.B.: the keys to the front door are located inside a safe that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Monopoli for the first 14 nights. Super séjour a Monopoli. En plein centre historique mais très calme, le logement est climatisé et très propre. Nous avons pu profiter de la vielle ville facilement. Il faut se garer quelques rues plus loin mais on a trouvé une place assez facilement. Je recommande ce logement.

This property was in a perfect location, less than a minute from the hustle and bustle of the Old Port, but tucked back just enough that the noise from the bars was completely gone. The space is so clean, and easy to live it. A microwave and a washer would be a welcome addition, but everything else about the stay, the cleanliness etc was perfect.

Emplacement excellent! L’appartement est par contre humide, probablement dû au fait qu’il fait encore froid, nous sommes en tout début de saison, mais je pense que ceci c’est le cas dans tous les appartements en pleine vieille ville.. mais on a adoré l’emplacement !
