We are located in the historic center with a private garage for the exclusive use of guests.

The garage can be accessed EXCLUSIVELY via the car lift with the following measurements

In 62 square meters of space, it comfortably accommodates 2 people in a double bedroom, plus an additional person on request (a single folding bed).

Bus stop 2 minutes on foot.


LIVING AREA. American kitchen with 4 induction burners, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave oven and traditional oven, dishwasher and various kitchen utensils.

DOUBLE BEDROOM. With single folding bed if necessary, 32" TV.

BATH. Shower box, bidet, hairdryer, washing machine.

OTHER SERVICES: split A/C in the living area, portable fan, unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.


Autonomous heating. There is a surveillance camera positioned at the entrance to the building.


- From Parma Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by bus n. 11 to the "Piazza Corridoni" stop, a 6-minute walk from the property.


- From Parma Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by bus no. 11 to the "Piazza Corridoni" stop, a 6-minute walk from the property (alternatively, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot from the station in about 20 minutes).


- If you travel by car, it is possible to park for a fee (€11 per day) at the "Kennedy" car park, a 3-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, it is possible to park on the street, for a fee from 9:00 to 19:00.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Check in can be done from 15.00. onwards, either in person or in self-check in mode.

The planned mode, at the discretion of the operations team, will be communicated prior to your arrival.

If late check in, after 21.00., is done in person you will need to adhere to the following fee schedule
- From 21:00 - 23:00- Euro 25.00

- From 23:00 - 24:00 - Euro 30.00

- From 24:00 - until 01:30 - Euro 40.00
