It comfortably accommodates 4 people in 45 m2 of space.

We are located in the Oltretorrente district, a lively and picturesque area, a stone's throw from the historic center and a few minutes walk from the Parco Ducale and Palazzo della Pilotta.


The accommodation consists of a living area with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom.

Possibility to park for a fee, on blue lines, on the street.


The internal space is organized as follows

LIVING AREA: kitchenette complete with induction hob, electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, moka, dishwasher, toaster, fridge and freezer; 32" smart TV and single sofa bed. Split AC and heat pump.

BEDROOM: double bed, two bedside tables with lamps and single sofa bed.

BATHROOM: shower with curtain, bidet, toilet and sink. Washing machine and wardrobe in the hallway.


OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, clothesline and steam iron.


- From Parma Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by bus n. 9 to "Piazza Corridoni" stop, a 6-minute walk from the property.


- From the Parma station, it is possible to reach the apartment by bus n. 6 to “Piazza Corridoni” stop, a 6-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, it is possible to reach the accomodation (from the station) in about 20 minutes on foot.


- If you are traveling by car, it is possible to park for a fee (€ 11 per day) at "Kennedy" car park, a 2-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, stree parking is available for a fee (it is necessary to pay only from 9 am to to 7 pm).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Check in can be done from 15.00. onwards, either in person or in self-check in mode.

The planned mode, at the discretion of the operations team, will be communicated prior to your arrival.

If late check in, after 21.00., is done in person you will need to adhere to the following fee schedule
- From 21:00 - 23:00- Euro 25.00

- From 23:00 - 24:00 - Euro 30.00

- From 24:00 - until 01:30 - Euro 40.00
