Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 120 m² house for rent in Saint-Nazaire, around 650 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 people. It comprises a 46 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 400 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Basement:
- Laundry room, garage (for one car)
Ground floor:
- 46 m² living room with sofa and TV
- A dining area for enjoying a meal together
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: bunk bed (2 single beds)
- Bathroom with shower and double washbasin
- Separate WC
1st floor :
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: two single beds
- Office area
- Bathroom with bath, vanity unit, heated towel rail and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot with adapted mattress, plancha, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A 400 m² enclosed private garden, facing east and south with furniture, deckchairs, small table and children's chairs.
- A 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Nazaire, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby shops include a bakery, supermarket, wine shop and a market on Thursdays and Sundays (all about 500 m away).
Activities :
- La Courance beach and Monsieur Hulot beach, both around 650m from the property on foot.
- Walks and runs along the coastal path
Visits
- Saint-Nazaire: visit the port, the submarine base (submarine), the Atlantic shipyards (visit liners)
- La Baule: beach, town centre. Possibility of fishing for cockles and clams on foot (depending on authorised periods)
Guérande peninsula: wild coastline, salt marshes, port of Le Croisic, Océnarium du Croisic, medieval fortified town of Guérande.
- Visit to the Brière nature park
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private garage in the basement (one space) and in the private car park outside the house (one space).
Free public parking on the street.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus about 150m from the house
- TGV station 15 minutes away by car
- Nantes airport: 50 minutes by car
Other remarks :
- Free Wifi available (fibre optic).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are included.
- For rentals of more than 21 days, additional cleaning will be required.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
