In the commune of Barneville-Carteret, we offer this charming 40 m² flat for rent, less than 50 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
Work will be carried out on the front of the building until June 2026. Slight nuisance may be experienced during the day.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 21 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen included, we're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1 : with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2, with a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
The flat is ideally located in Barneville-Carteret, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Barneville beach less than 50 metres away. - Many beaches in the surrounding area. 40 minutes from Sainte Mère Église (D-Day landing beaches, 80th anniversary in June 2024). - Visit the Maison du Biscuit in Sortosville en Beaumont, - La cité de la mer in Cherbourg, ludiver and le nez de jobourg in la Hague. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park in the courtyard of the residence (space not allocated). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Valognes train station, about 25 minutes by car. - Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet airport, about 1? hours by car Other remarks : - Free WiFi available (fibre optics) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen is included - Towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

l appartement est fonctionnel et bien placé. L agence est très réactive et à l écoute.
1 des 2 chambres est un peu petite ainsi que la salle d'eau . Attention vue sur cour et parking pas de vue sur mer comme le laisse à penser une photo de présentation. Nous y avons passé 5 jours agréables .Nous recommandons

La disponibilité et la réactivité de l’accueil…
Le manque d’espace en général surtout la salle de bain et la chambre enfant. La chambre parents est la seule pièce spacieuse.
Le mobilier est disparate !
