We offer this charming 42 m² apartment with swimming pool for rent in Baden, which can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a lovely garden.
Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - 40 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC Outside : - A shared fenced swimming pool (unheated), open from April to the end of September.
Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the residence. - A garden to enjoy the sunny days. The apartment is ideally located in Baden, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot. For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Vannes, 15 km away (approx. 20 min. by car) - Nearest airport: Nantes-Atlantique 130 km (approx. 1h30 by car); Rennes-Bretagne 125 km (approx. 1h30 by car). Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - A parent is responsible for children's swimming.
Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.

Bon rapport qualité prix.
Nous avons pu prolonger notre séjour d'une journée très simplement.
La conciergerie est à l écoute.
superbe piscine donne envie d y revenir en saison d'ouverture.
il y a des jeux pour les petits dans le parc.

Pas de possibilité d'avoir un petit déjeuner, mais possibilité de le faire soi même.
Cuisine bien équipée en ustensiles.
Draps et linge de toilette fourni, mais lit non fait.
Faire le lit en arrivant même tard.

Apartamento con buenas vistas. Muy tranquilo. Entorno bonito. Cómodo y muy completo en cuanto a utensilios y electrodomésticos. Limpio. Piscina climatizada.
Quizás era un poco anticuado.
Las instrucciones para coger la llave.
Estaba en una caja de seguridad en el jardín muy muy escondido. Por la noche no lo hubiéramos encontrado…
