Appartamento in Capoliveri 2/4 persons: for our guest we have this nice apartment of about 60 square meters in a small building with two other apartments.
It consists of a kitchen area with kitchenette (complete with induction burners, oven, refrigerator with small freezer, dishwasher, kettle) and a balcony with table and chairs; a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The property has an outdoor area partly paved and equipped with armchairs and umbrella and private parking area.
Modern and functional furniture with TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating.
Arrivals: Check-in from 16:00 to 19:00 pm. Departures: Check-out h. 9:00. Utilities: Wi-Fi, electricity, water included.
Final cleaning: € 100,00 (mandatory – to pay in office at arrival). Bed Linen and towels: to bring or to rent at € 20.00 per person per week (to pay and pick up in office at arrival). Pets: allowed on request with a supplement of €70.00 per stay (max. 1 pet). Deposit: € 100.00 (to deposit at arrival). Check-in supplement: in case of arrival after 20:00 supplement of € 20.00 (to pay in office at arrival).

La posizione, tranquillità, bel parcheggio, camere grandi con grandi armadi, letti comodi, bagno vivibile con tanti tripiani, ante e appendini. Cucina con tutto. TV con netflix e altre app.
La cucina è eccessivamente grande, il tavolo in terrazza è troppo vicino alla porta di uscita.
Il sistema di AC deve essere spiegato in quanto hai 3 split per una unità esterna.
Visto che la casa è da 4, fornire una moka da 4 per piano ad induzione, quella da due va bene ma la devi usare il doppio delle volte.
Rimettere luci sotto i pensili della cucina per dare più luce sul piano
