The apartment is on the 4th floor (no elevator) of a quiet and secure residence, offering stunning views of the heights of Trouville. Inside, everything has been designed to make you feel at home. It consists of a large living room with an open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, etc.), high ceilings with exposed beams, a seating area with TV and high-quality convertible sofa (140x190cm sleeping area), as well as a bedroom area equipped with a 140x200cm bed (brand Emma, new 16/12/2024). The bathroom completes this luxury accommodation with a designer shower and sink, toilet, towel warmer, and hairdryer.


The accommodation is very bright and not overlooked. It is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 2 guests.


Free wifi access. Linens and sheets are provided in the rental. Laundry room (washer dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, high-quality fan/air conditioner, etc.).


LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, we thank you for limiting noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and activate the bank guarantee in case of overflow or damage.

When staying with us, you will have access to all different parts of the accommodation.



##Interaction


We will be pleased to welcome you personally to our accommodation. Please let us know your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours before your check-in. This will allow us to organize your key handover as best as possible. We wish you an excellent stay with us!

The apartment is ideally located by the beach, in a quiet residence, at the foot of the casino, shops, and attractions of Deauville-Trouville.



##Notes


Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.


Check-in: Check-in will be done physically between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible to organize your key handover.


Check-out: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.


We do our best to provide you with a quality welcome. Thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for notifying your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged 20 euros, to be paid through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your deposit.


In case of arrival after 10:30 p.m., it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please notify us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.


A valid ID may be required upon entry. An inventory and photo inventory of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.


If additional guests beyond those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
