The apartment is on the 4th floor (no elevator) of a quiet and secure residence, offering stunning views of the heights of Trouville.
Inside, everything has been designed to make you feel at home.
It consists of a large living room with an open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, etc.), high ceilings with exposed beams, a seating area with TV and high-quality convertible sofa (140x190cm sleeping area), as well as a bedroom area equipped with a 140x200cm bed (brand Emma, new 16/12/2024).
The bathroom completes this luxury accommodation with a designer shower and sink, toilet, towel warmer, and hairdryer.
The accommodation is very bright and not overlooked.
It is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 2 guests.
Free wifi access.
Linens and sheets are provided in the rental.
