Situated on the ground floor of a secure residential complex with an indoor swimming pool, the studio can accommodate up to two guests.
Ideal for a romantic break or a holiday with friends, it offers all the comforts you need for a getaway on the Mediterranean coast: a living area with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a shower room and a small outdoor area where you can enjoy breakfast in the fresh air! The beach is right on your doorstep, accessible from the entrance via a small private path. The accommodation: This ground-floor studio, measuring 30m², can accommodate up to two people. You’ll have access to: - A main room featuring a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV and air conditioning. - A functional kitchenette equipped with a microwave, Senseo coffee machine, fridge, electric hob, crockery, etc. - A bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. For babies: A high chair and travel cot are available on request. Facilities: Iron and ironing board (on request). Outdoors: - A small table for enjoying coffee al fresco on a lovely wooden terrace (shared outdoor area) In the residential complex: - Access to the communal indoor swimming pool, heated all year round, and its terrace with sea views. - Access to the beach via a small private path equipped with an outdoor shower. - A parking space is available, complete with an electric vehicle charging point. Neighbourhood: Boasting an exceptional location, this flat is situated in Le Grau d’Agde within a private residential complex with direct access to the beach. Just a 5–10-minute drive from the port of Cap d’Agde, with its restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlours, shops and the Ferris wheel… as well as the Île des Loisirs, Luna Park and its nightclubs. This location is ideal for a wonderful holiday. Transport: Private parking space within the residence with an automatic gate, and free public parking nearby. Public transport nearby: bus stop just a few metres away Notes: We have additional accommodation available in this residence if you need to accommodate several families or groups of friends in the same place.
We offer the following properties: Ares, Dionysos, Zephyr, Artemis and Villa Hestia.
Each property can be booked separately. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions! Other information: - Bed linen can be provided on request at an additional cost: €10 per person. - Non-smoking accommodation. - Pets are not permitted. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming.

Studio mal isolé thermiquement et phoniquement - porte vitrée qui ne ferme pas à clé - canapé et lit usés, désagréables et mauvaises odeurs - fuites d’eau - piscine peu chauffée, non éclairée le soir et abords instables - points positifs : proximité avec la plage, accès direct, et concierge très gentil, compréhensif et réactif, merci à lui !

Le Littoral Nous avons rencontrer quelque problème dans l’appartement qui ont était signaler a l’hôte et la réaction a était immédiate au niveau de l’emplacement c’est l’idéal à côté de tout très bonne endroit
