In terms of layout, the apartment looks like this:
- A large living room opening onto the terrace, featuring:
* a kitchen with all the essential equipment and more (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, induction hob, combined microwave, filter coffee maker and Senseo, kettle, toaster, etc.)
* a dining area for 4 people
* a living room area with huge sofa, a flat screen TV and a coffee table.
- A beautiful 11m² terrace offering a lovely view of the lake and the Dent du Chat mountain, with a dining table with 4 chairs and 2 deckchairs
- A first bedroom with its Queen size bed and cupboard/wardrobe
- A second bedroom with a double bed and its wardrobe.
- A bathroom with bathtub and vanity unit
- Independent toilets.
- A small room with washing machine

To note that,
- Check-in and check-out times can be flexible except in the event of crossed arrival and departure.
- As the keys are not handed over independently, we ask for an additional €15 for arrivals between 8 p.m. and 9:30 p.m., €30 from 9:30 p.m. and €50 after midnight.
The apartment, located on the north side in Aix-Les-Bains, is located:
- 5 minutes from the city center of Aix les Bains, Riviera des Alpes, city dedicated to well-being and tourism with its cultural and historical sites, its thermal baths, its spas, its restaurants, its casinos and its 18-hole golf course
- Less than 10 minutes from the magnificent Lac du Bourget so dear to the poet Lamartine, the largest natural lake in France, support for a wide variety of water activities (sailing, kitesurfing, water skiing, rowing, paddle, kayaking, cruising, etc.).
- 25 minutes from the town of Chambéry, historic capital of Savoy, rich in a ducal past and a broad architectural heritage
- 30 minutes from Annecy, the “Venice of the Alps” with its charming old town and its natural lake
- 30 minutes by car from the Bauges massif regional natural park where you can practice alpine skiing, Nordic skiing, skating, tobogganing, snowshoeing, cycling, hiking, paragliding, including the resorts of Savoie Grand Revard (with La Féclaz) and Aillons- Margériaz

- 1 hour from Lyon and Geneva
- 50 minutes from Grenoble
- 30 minutes from Annecy
By train :
- its station is notably served by the TGV which leads to Paris in 3 hours
By plane :
- 10 minutes from the small Chambéry airport and 1 hour from Lyon or Geneva airports.
