This chalet offers the perfect privacy for a rejuvenating stay! Located on land a stone's throw from the hiking trails, you will have a feeling of space!
The spacious and bright living room, with large bay windows, creates a warm atmosphere where you can relax in complete peace on the armchair or on the sofa facing the garden.
Enjoy the charm of the surrounding nature while relaxing in this mountain cocoon, with its cozy atmosphere and privileged location. Close to the "star" of the department: Puy-de-Dôme, Vulcania, Lemptégy, Lake Aydat, the Auvergne ski slopes, the town of Royat or the "capital": Clermont-Ferrand, your stay between city and mountains will be punctuated by the many activities to discover in the surrounding area!
The cottage is composed on the 1st floor (accessible by a steep exterior staircase):
- a stay
- an equipped kitchen
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet
- a small living room for possible additional sleeping or for children
Upstairs (steep interior staircase):
- a bedroom with a 160 bed
- a bedroom with two 80cm beds
A veranda is located on the ground floor with a multipurpose room and a laundry area.
Garage for small car or bicycles/motorcycles.

Ce chalet est atypique, la propriétaire est accueillante et cherche à nous rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Il est agréable de ne pas s'occuper des draps et des serviettes.Mais la localisation est est assez bruyante pour un village en été à cause de la proximité de la route.

Petit chalet,de conception très originale où l'on se sent bien.Il est très bien équipé et entretenu et donne enve d'y revenir.Entouré d'un beau jardin,la situation est idéale pour découvrir le puy de dôme et randonner à partir du chalet.

Très bien situé pour effectuer visites sur Clermont-Ferrand et alentour et randonnées, proche des commerçants avec la voiture. Maison atypique en bois, bien isolée, grand jardin au calme. Petit bémol à cause du grand lit qui grince et des chambres très mansardées.
