Lovely, welcoming, warm place, beautifully clean and nice and quiet - absolutely no noise from neighbours, so the soundproofing must be great. As others have mentioned, the TV and oven do need updating, but apart from that, perfect! Thanks for a lovely stay :-)

Stairs very difficult for elderly or infirm. Our week was disturbed from early in the morning by workmen next door. TV remote not working and channels very limited.

really nice stay, really clean and welcoming. really comfy beds and amazing bathroom. Perfect location too as your really central for a lot of locations. only recommendation is to supply addition keys for front door so groups can split and not worry about access to the house. Apart from that, perfect stay
