Primrose Place is a wonderful and semi-detached holiday abode resting in the charming seaside town of Worthing, West Sussex.
Step into this delightful abode and be welcomed by a bright and homely atmosphere.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious kitchen/diner, complete with TV, Rangemaster with oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, washer/dryer and dishwasher.
Enjoy a meal with family or friends around the dining table or curl up on the comfy sofas in the sitting room with gas fire.
For entertainment, head to the garden where you’ll find a games room complete with pool table, and table football.
You'll also find five bedrooms, one of which is king-size, 2 doubles, one twin and one single, as well as a bathroom with bath, handheld shower and walk-in shower, and a second-floor shower room with walk-in shower.
Outside, you will find an enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn and furniture, a perfect spot for barbecues and outdoor dining.

The bedrooms include two double, one king-size, one twin, and one single served by a bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, and a shower room with walk-in shower. Outside there is an enclosed garden and parking. Within 0.2 miles or less there is a shop and pub. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Excellent house. Comfortable beds, good decor, sensible kitchen, good appliances, great garden with BBQ and furniture. Showers worked fine, good quality linen, efficient heating/hot water. TV with everything on it rather than the minimum, good wifi. Nothing missing, generous welcome supplies - if you need a house in worthing - this one is a winner. Jane and Jonathan

We had a lovely bank holiday stay at Primrose Place. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds and living areas, well-equipped kitchen, and the kids loved the games room in the garden. Would definitely recommend/return.
