In the commune of Plougastel-Daoulas, we offer this 180 m² house with sea view for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It comprises an 88 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 1,500 m² garden. 
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200), cot, en-suite bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower, vanity unit.
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3 (en enfilade): two single beds (90x190)
- Bedroom 4: king-size bed (180x200) divisible into two single beds, bathroom with shower, vanity unit
- separate WC
First floor (triple exposure to take advantage of the view of the harbor and the garden):
- 88 m² living room with sofas, armchairs and TV
- A dining area for enjoying a meal together
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- Garden level: 70 m² terrace with garden furniture
- Upstairs, a 25 m² terrace with garden furniture, parasols and sun loungers available from May to the end of September. View over the harbour.
- Unenclosed garden of 1,500 m².
The house is located in a residential area, 80 m from the "grève" (pebble beach), 5 minutes from the port and the "moulin blanc" beach (white sand beach). Supermarkets and small shops are just 5 minutes away.
Activities :
- Landerneau Leclerc showroom (less than 10 min away)
- Hiking trails (2 m away)
- Océanopolis (less than 5 minutes away)
- 30 min from the Crozon peninsula and the north Finistère coast.
Nearby events :
- Strawberry Festival in June (costume parades, floats, fair...)

If you choose to come by car, you'll be able to park directly in the house's two large parking lots for 4 vehicles.

- Bus stop 200 meters away

- The shower taps are 1.95 meters off the ground for child safety.
- Bed linen and towels included.
