In the commune of Saint-Nic,Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 58 m² flat for rent, with a sea view and less than 60 m from the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 22 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a shower room. Sheets and towels are included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 22 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
Outside:
- A 6 m² west-facing terrace with sea view and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Nic, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...
Activities :
At the gateway to the Crozon peninsula, not far from the meandering Aulne maritime and linking north and south Finistère, hiking will be a lovely way to discover this heritage of Brittany. Our trails will guide you wherever the wind and your legs take you. The Gr34, the best-known and most frequently used of the trails, offers you a wealth of singularly beautiful landscapes. What incredible panoramas!
From the river Faou to the Iroise Sea, the Crozon peninsula offers you a concentrate of the sea. Our nautical professionals offer you a multitude of possibilities, sport, sailing, fishing, kayaking, surfing...
