Located on the 1st floor (without lift) this flat with beautiful view on the Nive river includes : - a furnished terrace, - a lovely living room with sofa bed, - a bedroom with a queen size bed (160cm), - a bathroom with bathtub, - a perfectly equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge), - a vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, ironing equipment, - baby bed, high chair (on demand), - TV, satellite and Wi-Fi.
Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.

Positive:
Beaucoup de charme pour cet appartement en plein cœur de Bayonne sur les bords de la Nive.
Negative:
La chambre est au calme côté terrasse mais il faut savoir que côté rue la pièce donne sur des bars et restaurants. C.est forcement un peu bruyant le soir.
Appartement très agréable pour visiter de la ville et profiter de s'y promener, on fait tout à pieds

L'appartement est particulièrement bien situé dans le Petit Bayonne. Il est totalement refait à neuf. Les équipements sont fonctionnels. La petite terrasse à l'arrière est très agréable.

Super emplacement. Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille .

L’emplacement : Bruyant le soir en raison des restaurants mais ça fait partie de l’ambiance !
Negative:
Les sanitaires n’étaient pas très propres . La terrasse est une arrière cour sale et impraticable ! Odeur de nourriture avec le tuyau de la hotte du resto d’en bas !
