This accommodation features: - a superb tree-lined roof terrace with a 360° panoramic view of Paris, the Eiffel Tower, La Défense, the Louis Vuitton Foundation, and the Seine, - a comfortable fully glazed living area with fireplace, - an elegant dining area open to the outside, - a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer), - two bedrooms with king size beds (180 cm), - a bedroom with double bed (140cm), - a bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, - a second bathroom with shower and toilet, - work desk, - barbecue, - vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, iron, - TV, satellite/cable, game console, stereo system, Wifi, - air conditioning, central heating, - smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, coat hangers. The property also has a private parking space. Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM. ##Notes Please note the following additional fees: - Check-in between 9 PM and midnight: 25e - Check-in between midnight and 6 a.m.: 44e → A security deposit will be required before check-in.
