This beautiful 50 m² vacation home includes
- two furnished terraces,
- a pleasant living-room,
- a souplex bedroom with a queen size bed (160cm),
- a bedroom with a double bed on first floor,
- a bathroom with shower,
- a fully equipped kitchen (Senseo coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, hotplates, dishwasher),
- vacuum cleaner, hairdryer,
- cot,
- TV, WIFI.
A dehumidifier and an ionising fan are present in the souplex room to purify and filter the air.

## Neighborhood
In a quiet neighborhood at the entrance of Trouville, you will not lack anything to enjoy a wonderful stay in this charming seaside resort, just by walking around! You will be able to stroll between the different Belle-Epoque villas, try your luck at the casino, enjoy the market along the port or visit the city’s museums. You will find the beach at a ten minutes drive as well as many bars and restaurants around your rental. Lastly, if you feel like it, go to the port of Deauville and its famous Planches.

Trouville-Deauville train station → 2 min by car or 10 min on foot
Deauville-Normandie Airport → 8 min by car

At your arrival, you will be welcomed by the concierge of Welkeys who will give you keys and will assist you during your stay.

Les hôtes sont extrêmement gentils et c’est une très belle location équipée dans son intégralité .Pas loin de la plage .Située proche des commerces.J’ai passé un excellent séjour pour pas cher !Je la recommande!

L emplacement est idéal proche et calme, l appartement est bien équipé, juste pour se garer pas simple

Juste dommage qu il.n y ait pas de canapé plutôt que des fauteuils car pour 4 personnes seul 2 peuvent se mettre à l aise

tres bon acceuil. D’autant plus apprecie que la maison n’est pas facile a trouver si on se fie au plan, et qu’on n’a pas de smartphone !
la maison est tres agreable et sympathique

La distance a la mer est importante, ce qui ne ressort pas clairement du descriptif.
