This cosy 21 sq. m studio, recently renewed, is located on the 1st floor (without elevator) and is composed of
- a pleasant living space with a comfortable sofa-bed,

- an open well equipped kitchen (toaster, kettle, coffee machine, oven, microwave, hot plates, fridge, dishwasher)

- a bathroom with shower,

- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment,

- TV and WiFi.

Finally, you will be able to reach the capital of France, Paris, in 40 minutes by transport.
