Situated on the ground floor of a peaceful and secure residence, this bright and beautiful one-bedroom apartment of 54 sq. m includes: - a lovely sunny terrace of 20 sq. m, not overlooked, - a charming living room with a comfortable sofa bed (140 cm), - a peaceful and bright bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), - a fully equipped separate kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hotplates), - a bathroom with bathtub, - vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer and ironing equipment, - a baby’s bed, - TV, Wi-Fi and video library, - a parking spot.
