## Space Located in a calm area, a few minutes away from the city-center of Combloux, this comfortable accommodation is perfect for a stay in the mountains, in winter or in summer.
This beautiful 22 sq. m flat on the ground floor of a very nice redesigned farm is composed of : - a cosy living-room with a double bed, - a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge) - a bathroom with shower, - hair dryer, - TV and Wifi, - a parking spot is available. → Hotel quality cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure. → Our guests will receive all the essentials for comfort and hygiene such as sheets, towels, soap, shampoo → Thanks to our partner Ski Set, benefit from preferential rates on the rental of your equipment! More information when booking. → A security deposit will be required before check-in.
When your deposit is validated, Swikly service fees will also be applied. ## Neighborhood Located close to the slopes and the cable cars, you will be in the best place to enjoy the huge ski area of the resort.
All the shops, including ski rental and equipment shops, are within walking distance of the accommodation, as well as many bars and restaurants.
A 10 minute walk will take you to the centre of the village of Combloux where you can enjoy all the entertainment in winter and summer.
You will find the traditional restaurant Le Loup Comblé, the chic restaurant Le Chalet d'Emilie or on the slopes the restaurant Le Coeur D'or.
Finally, in summer, you will also find many activities in the resort: shopping, hiking, mountain biking... ## Transit Sallanches-Combloux train station → 10 min by car Geneva airport → 1h10 by car ## Access On arrival, you will be greeted by a Welkeys concierge who will be responsible for handing over the keys. ## Interaction We will be available throughout your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us if needed. → If you have any further questions, come and see us at our branch at 121 Rue du Général Muffat de Saint-Amour, 74120 Megève → Your Welkeys branch is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 9pm and Saturday and Sunday from 9.30am to 6.30pm.

le lit était confortable et le logement bénéficie de tous les équipements nécessaires. On est très vite en centre-ville, environ 7 mn à pied

Il s'agit d'une ancienne ferme rénovée et l'isolation phonique pourrait être améliorée. Certains voisins étaient bruyants, notamment beaucoup de bruit venant du couloir.
