This bright apartment located on the 3rd floor (without elevator) consists of a living space of 37 sq. m and includes : - a charming living space with a queen-size bed (160 cm), - an equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, hotplates), - a bathroom with shower, - TV and Wi-Fi, - hair dryer, wardrobe and fan.
As the accommodation is a hotel apartment, noise pollution may occur. → A high quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure → We also provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo. ##Neighborhood This flat in the middle of Lille is perfect to visit the city.
At the border between the Old Lille and Euralille, you will be able to choose between the old typical streets or the ultra-modern business district.
In 20 min walking, you will join the huge Wazemmes market where you could find anything you want and enjoy its unique atmosphere.
If you need calm, the Bois de Boulogne, the famous Vauban citadel and Lille’s Zoo are just 15 min away by walk : perfect for a walk in family ! ## Transit From Lille Flandres train station → 2 min by foot From Lille Europe train station → 8 min by foot From the airport → 20 min by car ## Access At your arrival, you will be welcomed by the concierge of Welkeys who will give you keys and will assist you during your stay. ## Interaction We will be at your disposal before, during and after your stay.

Positive:
emplacement de l'appartement à 2 pas de la gare de Lille Flandre, proche du centre ville et de la grand place.
Negative:
la propreté dans la rue à l'abord de l'appartement : sacs poubelles amoncelés sur le trottoir, juste devant la porte d'entrée, et ceci durant 2 nuits.
