Situated on the 3rd floor (without elevator), this large and bright 36 sq. m studio includes: - a sunny balcony giving on a nice wooded square surrounded by typical buildings, - a pleasant living space with a sofa bed for one person, - a night corner with a double bed, which can be closed with curtains, - a bathroom with shower, - a fully equipped separate kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hotplates), - vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer and ironing equipment, - TV, Wi-Fi, - a private parking lot. → Thanks to our partner Coolsailing-Skiset, you benefit from very special rates for your boat rental! L'emplacement et place de parking et bien équipé
Negative:
Ne pas accéder au parking avant 21h le jour de l'arrivée à cause d'une fête nous aurions apprécié àcceder au logement avant la fermeture des route avec un bébé c'était pas simple.
