This bright 23 sq. m studio, located at the 2nd floor without elevator, includes: - a nice living space with a retractable queen-size bed (160 cm), - a bathroom with bathtub, - an open well-equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, dishwasher), - vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, ironing equipment, - Wi-Fi and fan.
Please note the additional fees below for : - Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€ - Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€ → A high-quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure → We also provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo ## Neighborhood In this familial and calm district at the doors of Paris, you won’t miss anything : all commodities are just nearby, you will be able to enjoy restaurants, bars or shops, and a large market takes place 3 times a week.
The Bois de Vincennes, one of the greatest Parisian parks, is just 2 min away by walk : perfect for a jog or a family walk ! In 2 min as well, you will also reach the beautiful Vincennes Castle.
Lastly, with the metro just nearby, you will be just a ride away from most of Paris main sites of interests : le Louvre, les Champs-Elysées, Bastille, Place de la Concorde... whereas the RER will take you to the Department Stores in 15 min and Disneyland Paris in 30 min. ## Transit From Château de Vincennes metro station (line 1) → 1 min on foot From Vincennes-RER station (RER A) → 4 min on foot From Gare de Lyon → 8 min by transports or 15 min by car From Gare du Nord/de l’Est → 25 min by transports or 40 min by car From Marne-la-Vallée - Chessy train station / Disneyland → 30 min by transports or 35 min by car From CDG airport → 1h by transports or 50 min by car From Orly airport → 1h by transports or 30 min by car ## Access At your arrival, you will be welcomed by the concierge of Welkeys who will give you keys and will assist you during your stay. ## Interaction We will be at your disposal before, during and after your stay.

Bien placé , bien équipé et cosy!!!

Positive:
Tout facilité d accès , proche metro et RER A, cosy , propre , très bien équipé ( machine à laver séchant , cuisine , baignoire , bureau etc) , spacieux pour ranger ses valises. Quartier hyper secure.
Negative:
Attention 2 eme étage sans ascenseur mais perso ça nous a absolument pas dérangé.
No regreso ahí si no me aseguran un cobro razonable por extras .

Le studio est spacieux, très calme, lumineux, très équipé et le lit XXL et très confortable.
