Situated on the 3rd floor (with lift) of a nice residence, this very nice 55 sq. m apartment includes : - a magnificent 20 sq. m terrace, - a cozy living-room with a comfortable sofa-bed, - a bedroom with a double bed, - a bathroom with a bathtub, - a separate and perfectly equipped kitchen (toaster, coffee machine, microwave, hotplates, fridge, freezer) - vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, - TV, Wi-Fi and AC, - an underground garage, - a private box. → A high quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure → We also provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo ## Neighborhood Located in a central and lively neighbourhood, this flat is near all commodities and public transports.
The apartment is a 12-min walk away from the Place de la Comédie and 10 min from the train station.
Close to the center of Montpellier, you will find many bars and restaurants as well as gardens, museums and other attractions in this lively and dynamic city: check out the Place de la Canourgue, the Fabre museum and the Tower of Babote, if you feel like having a very nice dinner or drink ! Par contre niveau propreté, beaucoup à redire beaucoup de poussière micro-ondes non lavé ,les clim très sales, rideau de douche, désastreux , et le flux d’eau de l’immeuble Bcp à redire.
Un logement confortable et calme sans doute totalement dédié à l’activité rb and b. Climatisation...

Un logement confortable et calme sans doute totalement dédié à l’activité rb and b. Climatisation appréciée. Peu de matériel pour faire la cuisine , pas de passe tte à thé. Le minimum ( 2 mugs) .
