Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this air-conditioned accommodation with sea and mountain views, classified as a 3 stars, located on the 1st level of a detached house, on a quiet garden terrace surrounded by fruit trees in a small village dating back to the 14th century, between Calvi and Ile-Rousse.
Modern and refined, it's located in the heart of historic sites: Corbara convent, Sainte Trinité church, beaches, villages (Pigna, San Antonino) and at the crossroads of "signposted" hiking trails.
Self-contained accommodation with its own entrance on the first floor of a detached house, below a pedestrian village perched in the heart of the Balagne region.
Its view, between sea and mountains, offers a panorama of more than 180 degrees over the bay of Aregno-Algajola, and will seduce you with its sunset over the sea and mountains. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- Two large air-conditioned bedrooms (18m² and 16m²), one of which is equipped with a desk (for teleworking, for example), with 160 cm-wide double bed, 49' TV screen and wardrobe in each room with sea view. A children's cot with mattress is also available.
- A bathroom with a large walk-in shower
- A fully-equipped, designer kitchen/living room. Air-conditioned with terrace access and appliances: pyrolysis oven, microwave with steam cooker, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, espresso machine, kettle, 55' TV, 3-seater convertible sofa, armchair etc....
- A 20 m² terrace with pergola and panoramic sea and mountain views, complete with dining area with high table and 4 chairs, outdoor armchairs and plancha.
The village is pedestrianized, and parking is available on a private lot about 30 m from our accommodation. The accommodation is on the second floor of a detached house (see photos). Access is totally independent and on one level.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are indicative and subject to change by our partner. Rates: €30/room (double bed linen and towels)
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition, and clean appliances after use. Cleaning products are available during your stay.
