We are offering this charming house for rent in Saint-Pierre-d'Oléron, less than a kilometre from the beach.
It features a swimming pool, has a floor area of 140 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It comprises a lovely 55 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms, and you can enjoy a garden of around 700 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows - A 55 m² living area with TV, sofas... - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room - Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: with two single beds (90x190) - A bathroom with a bath - Two separate toilets For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron. Outdoors - A private, heated swimming pool (7.3x3.5m), open from May to the end of September, secured by a sliding terrace - A beautiful, enclosed garden with trees, covering 700 m² - A 60 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days The house is ideally situated in Saint-Pierre-d’Oléron, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Activities - Kayaking, jet skiing... - Visit to the harbour - Visit to the lighthouse Transport If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest station: Saint-Pierre-d'Oléron coach station, 5 mins by car - Nearest airport: La Rochelle-Île de Ré Airport, 1 hour 14 mins by car Other notes - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels included - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any appliances after use - Any request for arrival or departure outside the stated times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may be applied

Très belle maison moderne avec tout le confort. Tres bon accueil.
Sortie de la maison un peu dangereuse avec la voiture car peu de visibilité sur la route. Un gros rétroviseur serait un plus.

très belle location, grande et bien équipée. Les 3 chambres sont bien indépendantes les unes par rapport aux autres. Et la localisation est parfaite pour visiter l'île. Je recommande !

Beautiful house in wonderful location. Well appointed and easy to find. Keys were available on site, no handover from host and no instructions on site for covered swimming pool, shutters, or any internal TV and appliances.
